One Year and Two Months, Announced Late

Prospects Pulse just completed one year and two months!

I wanted to announce this in January. But we were busy closing new clients and delivering for existing ones. Felt wrong to pause and celebrate when there was work to ship.

That delay says more about how we operate than any milestone post ever could.

One person to a team of 6. Clients across North America and the UK. Industries ranging from AI enablement to title plants to financial outsourcing. It has been a wild ride.

What's the secret sauce?

Show up early.
Show up every day. 
Prepare the night before.
Remember everyone's name.
Say no to what doesn't add value.
Follow up quickly.
Follow up multiple times.
Deliver value at every interaction.
Don't make the same mistake twice.

The reason we couldn't find time to announce this milestone is the same reason the milestone exists. We were too busy doing the work.

That's the only growth strategy that compounds!
