Managed lead generation
Managed B2B lead generation that keeps your team in conversations with the right buyers.
We research your buyers, build the list and run email and LinkedIn outreach through replies to held meetings. Your team leads the sale.
Discuss your buyers and agree a realistic monthly meeting target.
Send your market and the offer you want to take out.

Research that carries through to the reply
We define the ICP, research your market and build the contact database before preparing the offer and messages.
When someone answers, a person takes over. Our in-house team reads and replies, works toward a meeting and keeps the conversation moving. Call preparation, CRM updates and follow-up are part of the engagement.
An individual reply example, separate from the meeting evidence.

The work your engagement includes
Your campaign has connected responsibilities, from sending health to a buyer's next question. Tool investment is ours.
Email deliverability
Monitoring and tuning of the domains we send from, plus easy-to-follow steps for email health on your company's own domains
Monthly lead generation
The outbound itself, run every month, list to reply
Lead nurturing
Follow-up sequences for buyers who replied not now, worked over a 3 to 12 month horizon
Inbox management
Our in-house team reads and answers every reply, working each one toward a meeting
Training guides and SOPs
Written guides and standard operating procedures for your managers and staff
Marketing content
Sales letters and web pages written for your buyers, for use inside the campaign and beyond it
Verified and qualified lead lists
Checked contacts for your sales team, refilled through the engagement, beyond the target locations when asked
Clear responsibilities on both sides
We own the research, list building, copy, campaign operation and reply handling. We report weekly and monthly, update the CRM and support preparation and follow-up around meetings.
You help define the buyer and the offer, take the meetings and lead the sales decision. Before anything starts, the agreed monthly held-meeting number goes in writing.
From the brief to the first campaign
See what to bring to the first conversation if you are preparing your brief.
Agree the brief.
Define your buyers, the monthly held-meeting number and the terms in writing.
Prepare the campaign.
Build and check the list, research the accounts and prepare the messaging.
Start sending.
First sends can begin in week 2 on domains already warm.
Work the conversations.
We handle replies, schedule meetings and prepare the prospect context for your team.
Review and continue.
Weekly and monthly reporting informs the next work. Follow-up continues beyond the first meeting.
Count the meetings that happened
For one UK AI consultancy, the contracted quarter finished with 33 held meetings against 30 committed, from May to July.
A qualified meeting means the company matches the agreed ICP, the person is a director or budget owner, and the meeting was held.
See the full window, including cancellations and no-shows.

Follow the campaign from audience to interest
See the stages from event audience to researched campaign.
Of 12,060 attendees, 6,582 matched the ICP and 1,988 were researched individually. The campaign sent 1,547 emails, received 85 replies and recorded 34 interested people.
Two campaigns for one event, counted 2 September 2026. Replies and interested people are not held meetings.
| Stage | Count |
|---|---|
| Attendees | 12,060 |
| Matched the ICP | 6,582 |
| Researched | 1,988 |
| Sent | 1,547 |
| Replied | 85 |

Give each conversation a relevant starting point
Company research informs the first email. Your offer connects to something the buyer has published, and a person checks the work before it reaches the campaign.
The event campaign researched 1,988 people individually. In a separate research build, 1,235 prospects were processed. These are separate examples of the research behind outreach.
Hi Maya,
I run Prospects Pulse, we build verified B2B prospect databases.
Quick one. I'm at London Tech Week tomorrow and would love to meet.
Northline builds mobile apps, websites, and ad campaigns for global enterprise and consumer brands.
I already built you a list of those marketing and IT buyers, a decision-maker and verified email for each. It's yours.
Would love to hand it over in person. Please confirm a time tomorrow, Wednesday 10th June, and I'll be there with it.
Hi Nilesh,
Thank you. I am here right now where shall we meet?
See response quality alongside sending volume
We report replies, interest and bounces alongside sending volume.
One workspace recorded 4,669 emails to 2,929 people, with 165 replies, 67 bounced and 33 interested over 30 days. Its dashboard reply rate was 5.63%.
Two other dashboards recorded reply rates of 4.51% and 1.56%. Each belongs to a different client and reporting window; these are historical examples, not a forecast for your campaign.
Rates are shown as each dashboard reports them. Open tracking was disabled in two of these three workspaces.

Keep campaign sending separate from your business domain
Cold outreach runs on our sending domains. Your company's primary domain is not used to send the campaign.
At that snapshot, the 3,717 mailboxes we run sat across 178 domains, with 3,594 connected. It served 12 client workspaces. These are dated operating figures, not capacity reserved for one engagement.
A watchdog pauses a campaign at 25 bounces in its first 7 days. It paused 27 campaigns between 11 July and 1 September 2026; a person decided each restart.

Is managed outreach the right fit?
| Good fit | Another route |
|---|---|
| A B2B technology or software business with an offer to take to market. | A team that needs contacts alone can choose database building. |
| A sales team ready to meet directors and budget owners. | We do not run campaigns on leads supplied by someone else. |
| A business that wants research and campaign operation together. | An immediate meeting requirement is outside the planned launch sequence. |
Scope, pricing and terms
How much does managed lead generation cost?
Pricing is discussed on the call, then put in writing before you sign. The agreement defines the monthly held-meeting number.
What happens if the monthly number is missed?
The shortfall rolls into the next month at no cost. Terms are monthly from day one, with no minimum term, so a second miss is yours to end.
Can we test the approach before a contract?
For qualifying firms, we build a sample list and run a test campaign on our domains at no cost. If it books no meetings, you keep the list.
Do you continue after a prospect says not now?
Lead nurturing covers follow-up sequences for those buyers over a 3 to 12 month horizon. The engagement also includes follow-up until closure.
How do you improve a campaign once it is running?
We A/B test the offer and review the campaign through weekly and monthly reporting. The findings inform the next messaging and research decisions. Testing is part of delivery, rather than a promise of a particular uplift.
What happens after a positive reply?
Our team handles the response and works toward scheduling a meeting. Prospect research supports your call preparation; CRM updates and follow-up keep the next steps recorded. Your team takes the meeting and leads the sale.
Put your market on the table.
Share who you sell to, what you sell and the monthly meeting number you have in mind. We can discuss fit and put the proposed terms in writing.
Review your brief with the team before making a commitment.
Send the market and offer if you prefer to write.
