Database building and account research

B2B database building that gives your sales team the right companies and contacts.

A database built to your brief: target companies, buying roles, named contacts and a clear verification status. Buy the list as a separate engagement and run the outreach yourself.

Research. Relationships. Follow-through.

See what your team will work with

Your brief defines the sector, geography and buying roles. We research the companies, identify the relevant people and check their employment and email status.

Verified means an email passed our checks. Catch-all addresses are labelled separately, so your team can see which contacts have that status. They are never counted as verified.

Published prices, per contact

A contact delivered with a verified email costs £0.50 in sterling or $0.50 in dollars. A LinkedIn profile with no email costs £0.30 or $0.30. These are separate published currency prices, not a conversion.

Choose your currency in the pricing calculator below. Questions about volume and currency can be discussed with the team.

Built around how your market is organised

  1. Define the companies.

Set the market and the company characteristics that matter to your offer.

  2. Choose relevant sources.

Research can draw on regulator registers, licensing boards, trade rosters, filings, permits, job posts and event lists.

  3. Find the buying roles.

Add company information and identify the people relevant to your brief.

  4. Check and deliver.

Verify addresses, check employment and label catch-all status before handing over the list.

Quality you can inspect

One rebuilt list contained 115 contacts across 74 companies: 103 verified and 12 labelled catch-all. Its audit found no invalid addresses, domain mismatches or duplicates.

The rebuild followed a client-reported bounce issue on our earlier delivery. The case explains what changed and where the verifiable pool ended.

One completed rebuild and its audit. It is not a guaranteed bounce rate for future lists.

Request a sample of your buyers

Tell us the companies and roles you want to reach. Qualifying buyers can receive a checked sample before a call. A person will reply to your request.

A person will reply to discuss your sample. For a check of existing data, we will arrange how to exchange the rows.

Book a call instead

Already buying contact data? Check a sample.

We offer a free check of up to 100 existing rows and build our own rows for the same companies beside them. One file comes back within five working days of receiving the rows, with a status against each.

A person will reply to arrange the exchange. Your rows are deleted 30 days after the completed file goes back and are never reused.

This is an offer to measure your sample. No result is assumed in advance.

Understand your current cost per contact

Enter annual data spend and the contacts your team actually used. The result is your spend divided by those contacts.

The calculation runs in your browser. The values you enter are not sent anywhere.

Divide your annual data spend by the contacts you actually used.
  • £0.50 per contact with a verified email
  • £0.30 per contact with a profile and no email

Questions about the data

What sources do you use?

Public records and specialist sources suited to the segment, supported by company data platforms. The source mix follows the research brief.

What does catch-all mean?

The domain accepts addresses without confirming that an individual mailbox exists. Those contacts are labelled and are not counted as verified emails.

Do you promise a bounce rate?

No universal bounce rate is promised. You can inspect the delivered statuses and the results of a completed rebuild before deciding.

Can you run outreach as well?

Yes. Managed lead generation is the other service, covering research, campaigns, replies and meeting scheduling.

Start with the buyers you need.

Send the market, company profile and roles you are targeting. We can discuss the research and the next step.
