Meeting delivery and the source log
The lead generation page explains how we count held meetings and shows the source log.

A failed delivery, rebuilt with visible status
The situation. A London AI studio reported that about 27 of 121 delivered emails bounced, or 22%. This was a list we had built.
Our work. Every row was checked again. We removed contacts that could not be confirmed and told the client when the verifiable pool was exhausted.
The result. The completed rebuild contains 115 contacts across 74 companies: 103 verified and 12 labelled catch-all. Its audit found 0 invalid, 0 domain-mismatch and 0 duplicate entries.
The timeframe. These figures describe the completed rebuild and its delivery audit. They do not describe a subsequent sending campaign.
One list rebuild. The audit does not establish a future bounce-rate guarantee or a comparison with another supplier.

Map the companies and the buying roles
The situation. A market-mapping brief covered company and decision-maker research across seven countries.
Our work and result. The delivered TAM research identified 39,168 decision makers across 10,743 companies. The company count and contact count describe different parts of the same build.
The timeframe. This is a completed research-build result. No delivery duration is asserted.
One market-mapping build. These are researched contacts, not meetings or customers, and no aggregate across other engagements is implied.
Research across an event market
The brief. One event-research build mapped companies and decision makers for an AI labelling product.
The work and result. Across 436 events, that build identified 109,593 companies and 66,446 decision makers. These are separate research counts from one build, not meetings, replies or customers.
One research build. No delivery duration, verification rate or campaign outcome is asserted.
Check what a company-size signal actually measures
The situation. Company research can use both a declared size band and a live profile count. Neither is a true employee headcount: the declared band is supplied by the company, while a profile count structurally undercounts employees.
The check. In one 300-row sample, 239 rows resolved to a live LinkedIn profile count. The declared size band matched the profile count on 73 of those 239 rows, or 30.5%.
What it means for a brief. A size filter depends on the source field being used. This example shows disagreement between two source signals. It does not establish the true headcount or show that a particular supplier's data is wrong.
One sample from the company-universe build recorded 29 July 2026. The 30.5% denominator is the 239 resolved rows, not all 300 sampled rows.
| Result | Rows | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Matched | 73 | 30.5% |
| Live count sat below the declared band | 155 | 64.9% |
| Live count sat above the declared band | 11 | 4.6% |
