The Clay Bootcamp 🥾 first Claude Code cohort just wrapped, and here's what we built:

Team agents and sub-agents that research, qualify, and launch campaigns from the terminal. MCP integrations that let tools talk to each other without me stitching them together. Supabase for storage. GitHub for version control. Vercel to publish. Building deliverability tracking, monitoring, and analyzing the entire CRM via MCP.

I'm not a developer. Never written a line of code. Two weeks later, I'm deploying agents from a terminal. Launching a campaign that used to take days now takes only a few hours.

The part that hit hardest. We turned real GTM use cases into deployable systems. Not theory. Not slides. Working code pushed to production.

The gap between companies that adopt this and companies that don't will be brutal. This isn't marginal efficiency. It's a completely different operating model.
