One Inbox for Every Email and LinkedIn Reply

This week, we built a unified inbox system with Claude code that classifies email & LinkedIn replies from hundreds of accounts in real time and alerts us on Slack.

Here is the problem we were solving. We run outreach on 3 channels: email, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator. Messages scattered across 100s of different inboxes. Some on emails, LinkedIn Classic, and some on Sales Navigator. It's hard to check all of them consistently.

A prospect replies "yes, let's talk" on Sales Nav at 6pm. Nobody sees it until the next day.

So we built a Cloudflare Worker to handle LinkedIn & emails. 2 endpoints. Same AI classification. Same Slack channel.

How it works:

1. unipile & EmailBison API monitors all 100s of email & LinkedIn accounts (Classic and Sales Navigator) server-side.
2. When a new message arrives, Unipile & EmailBison fires a webhook to our Cloudflare Worker.
3. The Worker filters out our own sent messages and system notifications.
4. GPT-4o-mini classifies the incoming message: positive, neutral, brush-off, or ignore.
5. Real opportunities hit Slack instantly. Everything else is silently dropped.

The Slack notification shows the sender's name, a clickable LinkedIn profile link, which account received it, whether it came from Email, LinkedIn, or Sales Navigator, and the full message.

We also added health monitoring. If any LinkedIn session expires or an account disconnects, a separate Slack channel gets an alert immediately. No more silent failures where an inbox stops syncing and nobody notices for days.

The entire LinkedIn addition was about 100 lines of code added to the same Worker file. Classification prompt. Deployment. $0/month.

Two channels. One system. Every reply, email, or LinkedIn, in one Slack channel within minutes.
